Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program overview
The Mailivate Affiliate Program lets approved partners refer businesses to Mailivate and earn a recurring commission on qualified paid subscriptions.
2. Commission
Affiliates earn 25% of each successful paid subscription invoice for referred customers, for the lifetime of that customer’s paid subscription. Free trials, unpaid invoices, and $0 invoices do not generate commission. Commissions are calculated from the amount actually paid (in USD or the invoice currency).
3. Attribution
Referrals are attributed via your unique referral link and a cookie lasting 90 days. Last-click attribution applies. Self-referrals (your own Mailivate account or accounts you control) are prohibited and void.
4. Holds and payouts
New commissions are held for 14 days before becoming available, to account for refunds and chargebacks. You may request a payout when your available balance reaches $50.00. Payouts are sent via PayPal to the email on your affiliate profile, typically within 7 business days of approval.
5. Prohibited promotion
- Bidding on Mailivate brand keywords in paid search without written permission
- Spam, misleading claims, or fake reviews
- Cookie stuffing or forced redirects
- Impersonating Mailivate employees or official channels
6. Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Mailivate. You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you earn.
7. Termination
Mailivate may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, unpaid available commissions may still be paid at Mailivate’s discretion; pending commissions may be voided.
8. Changes
We may update commission rates, cookie windows, or these terms with notice via email or the partner dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
