Subscription settings

In List settings → Onboarding:

• Single opt-in — Subscribers are active immediately after subscribing
• Double opt-in — Subscribers must confirm via email before receiving mail

Double opt-in improves list quality and compliance in many regions.

Confirmation emails

Customize the confirmation and welcome emails subscribers receive. Use merge tags for personalization ({{ subscriber.first_name }}).

Website integration

If enabled, configure the list website pages: subscribe, confirm, and unsubscribe URLs. Embed forms on your site pointing to these endpoints or use the hosted pages.
