Settings → General holds account-wide defaults.

Organization

The organization name appears in the UI and some system messages.

Timezone

Scheduled campaigns and automation waits use this timezone. Set it to your operations team or primary audience.

Default sender

Optional defaults apply when a list does not specify from name or email. For campaigns, this still must be allowed on a verified marketing domain.

Business address

Keep the mailing address complete. Campaigns will not send until it is filled in. See Workspace details.
