Suppressions prevent sending to addresses that should never receive mail again.

When addresses are suppressed

• Hard bounces from providers
• Manual addition by admins
• Some complaint events (depending on provider feedback)

Manage suppressions

Settings → Suppressions lists blocked emails. Remove an entry only if you are certain the address is valid and permission exists.

Difference from unsubscribe

An unsubscribed subscriber is list-specific. Suppression applies across all lists in your organization—no list in that account can send to that address until removed. Other organizations on the platform are not affected.
